APF Responsibilities
Generally, FFR managers will not have direct access to information management systems that contain APF data. The Comptroller’s office or the Program’s budget technician, following guidance from the Program Manager, has responsibility to obligate (spend) APF funds. Typically, Installation Program Managers for each FFR Program are required to brief their APF financial execution on a monthly basis to the Commanding Officer. This information is then reported to the Region.

Regardless, you must find out:
  • Whom to contact to get the APF report information
  • Which reports to use
  • The information necessary to ensure Program funding
The local or Regional Business Office maintains copies of APF reports and can provide assistance.
