NAF Budget Cycle
The NAF Budget Call Memorandum, or simply the budget call, is a tool that CNIC Headquarters uses annually to communicate the budget requirements with each Region. Usually released around April, the Budget Call acts as a catalyst to stimulate NAF budget planning in each Region and Installation. Regional guidance is distributed, and finalized budgets are submitted within the month that follows the Budget Call release.

You may or may not see the CNIC level Budget Call; however, you should receive a Budget Call or guidance that is specific to your Region or Installation. If, as a Manager, you have not had an opportunity to see the CNIC, Region, or Installation Budget Call, you should ask your Manager to show it to you.
