The Rolling 12 Month Executive Summary report shows income and expenses that span two fiscal years using an Income Statement format (profit and loss). Enter the ending month and SAP/AIMS will produce a report showing that month and the prior 11 months. This is your reference point for the new budget. Your numbers should be close to those in the report. This report: Displays Actuals only Shows individual GL accounts and the roll-up to Revenue and Cost categories Must be used with a report presenting your Plan for the same 12-month period so that you can identify and track trends and variation from your Plan
